Ambient mega-composer Brian Eno made a claim years ago that the album he made with Robert Fripp in 1974, No Pussyfooting cost only $14! Recorded at Eno's own home studio in 1972, it was released thru Island Records in 1974. I bought the album way back and really enjoyed "both" tracks. great electronic post-Roxy Music pop!

Black Metal Revisited 2009

Black metal is nominally an extreme subgenre of heavy metal. It typically consists of fast tempos, shrieked vocals, highly distorted guitars played with tremolo picking, double-kick drumming, and very unconventional song structure, which bespeaks of its avant garde underpinnings.

During the 1980s, certain thrash metal bands established a prototype for black metal. This was called the First Wave which included bands such as Venom, Bathory, Hellhammer and Celtic Frost.
